Vacuum Jet Ejector - A vacuum ejector, or simply ejector is a type of vacuum pump, which produces vacuum by means of the Venturi effect.

Jet ejectors are used to create vacuum, to compress gases, to convey liquids, to transport granular solids, to mix liquids or gases. Motive Media can be Motive Water, Steam Pressure, Compressed Air Presure, Any Pressurised Gases.

Polymer Mix Eductor

Polymer is drawn from its container and injected into the eductor by a metering pump. High water velocity through the eductor instantly activates the polymer. The solution then flows to a retention vessel for further mixing and activation. The retention vessel has a unique vortex system at its inlet.

TANK MIXING EDUCTOR

Venturi Tank Eductor - An eductor uses a nozzle to produce a high velocity fluid jet to entrain the liquid surrounding the eductor (fluid can be either a gas or a liquid).

Eductors operate on basic principles of flow dynamics. The design of the eductor creates pressure differential allowing fluid to flow naturally within the device - creating suction, mixing, and pushing the liquid throughout the tank. Eductors require no power, which means no moving parts. Eductors reduce costs as there are no moving parts and require no direct power.

Steam Injector

STEAM INJECTOR / MIXER

The steam injector consists of steam venturi nozzle and mixing chamber. When steam flows out of the steam nozzle it creates a vacuum, resulting in suction of water in the mixing chamber. The water mixes with steam in the mixing chamber resulting in condensation of steam and heating of the water. This process accompanied by the high heat transfer coefficient. The condensation of steam is smooth till water reaches a temperature of 90℃. After 90℃ with some sizes of steam injector heavy vibrations are observed. Our Steam Injectors are uniquely designed assemblies with SS304 / SS316 construction used to reduce noise & vibration when steam is injected into water to produce hot water.
